For any returned package, please return your product within 24 hours of product delivery. Remember to intimate Gadgets Freak in email that the following products received is not what you ordered.

Please note that shipping fees are the client's responsibility except if the product does not confirm to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage done during shipping of the returned goods).

For the period covered under warranty, the client must return the product to Gadgets Freak's After Sales Service Department.

For warranties please contact the manufacturers after sales department directly. In case you are unaware of the details please ask us and we will be more than happy to provide you with the same.

No package will be accepted at the Head Office of Mumbai.
