Weighing 6.27 kg, the HP - 4625 Multifunction Inkjet Printer is covered with a lid and when you open it shows the flatbed scanner. Featuring a control panel with buttons like Start, and Cancel buttons, the HP 4625 Printer comes with an Output bin and one Media loader tray on the top. There is the USB slot in the rear of the printer, the Line In for fax and the Power socket a Line Out for telephone extension. The Output tray of the HP - 4615 Multifunction Inkjet Printer can accommodate 20 sheets whereas the input tray can hold up to 80 sheets. As soon as you power on the HP 4625 Multifunction Printer, you will find the cartridge dock that slides to the side cartridge access window. From here you can easily install the cartridge for the printer to start.

With a monthly duty cycle of up to 3000 pages, the HP 4625 Multifunction Printer with a speed of up to 23 ppm, can print an A4 sheet with draft resolution. For monochrome prints, the maximum resolution is 1200 x 600 dpi and 1200 x 1200 input dpi for normal resolution. The 4625 Printer has resolution up to 4800 x 1200 dpi for colour prints. Ideal for scanning sensitive media like old photographs, the Flatbed scanner can scan with a resolution of up to 1200 dpi, and a colour bit depth of 24-bit.

The HP - 4625 Multifunction Inkjet Printer with a speed of up to 22 cpm can churn colour copies and monochrome copies with a copy speed of up to 23 cpm. For colour copies, the HP Printer has copy resolution up to 4800 x 1200 dpi and for monochrome prints up to 1200 x 600 dpi. With a capacity to copy maximum of 99 copies, you can either reduce or enlarge the size of the media to be copied from 25% of original to 400%.
